I wrote a post for the This Is What A Nursing Toddler Looks Like Carnival last week but I was actually supposed to post it today. You can read the post on why I nurse my toddlers if you would like. But today I will post a cute picture and tell a cute story.

Photobucket This is Sariah last year, at age two nursing her baby doll. I thought it was so cute when she would sit beside me as I nursed Bekah and nurse her baby doll. Last month Sariah even said that she wished she could nurse Bekah. I will have to remind her of those times if she feels like giving up on breastfeeding when she has her own baby :)

One more cute story. When I receive my weekend issues of the newspapers I give Sariah and Bekah all the fliers that I don’t care to look through or already have and they look at the pictures and have fun destroying the paper. While looking through the underwear section Sariah and Bekah would point to all the women and say ‘milk’. I thought that was funny!

Bekah is now 21 months and it seems that she is weaning herself. She hasn’t nursed for over 24 hours and when she wants milk she drags me to the fridge. That’s ok! I am happy for her that she wants to be like her big sister and just drink from a cup. If I knew she was my last baby I would probably be a little sad but I am definitely planning on having more children.
