My two little toddlers are fast becoming good friends and have many sweet moments together. Miriam loves being in the big sister role, teaching Joshua colors, number, animal sounds etc… While Joshua is often smothering Miriam with hugs and kisses.
One thing that you can be sure of when you have at least two toddlers is trouble!
Recently while Sariah and Rebekah were at the kitchen table painting pictures. Miriam snuck some paint bottles into the living room where Miriam and Joshua then painted each other, the carpet, the couch and Joshua’s pack and play.
There are no pictures of this event because I was not in the mood to take pictures at the time
I promptly put the toddlers in the bath and fortunately we have a steam cleaner so I was able to get the paint off the carpet and couch. There is still paint on the pack n’ play, though.
I was still steam cleaning when JJ came home from work. After I told him what happened he started on dinner (very nice of him!) He made omlets and hashbrowns.
Another adventure they had together was actually quite funny and not destructive. They both had a laundry basket that they were filling up with food from the fridge and pantry. While I was explaining to Miriam that all of the food needed to go back into the fridge and pantry, Joshua was stuffing all of the food from his basket back into the pantry.
I am sure they will have more adventures together!
