Menu Planning Monday

Monday: Green Bean Casserole from scratch and potatoes.

Tuesday: Stir-fry and salad

Wednesday: Chicken and Spinach Lasagna with spinach salad

Thursday:  Vegetarian Chili and Cornbread

Friday: Homemade Pizza and salad

Saturday: Veggie Burgers and fries

Sunday:  Curried veggies over rice with naan bread (hopefully Miriam is ok with curry! Sariah didn’t like nursing after I had curry but Bekah was fine with it).

If you read my menu plans every week it is obvious that we don’t eat much meat. Meat is more expensive than veggies and in my opinion vegetables are better for you and have less calories and no weight loss side effects, unlike clinislim. JJ wishes I made more meals with meat though :)
