Orem Winco To Open On Monday!

When we lived in Idaho, Winco was our favourite grocery store to shop at. The best thing about this grocery store is their bulk section where you can buy the amount of spices, baking ingredients, popcorn kernels and more that you want, often for less per ounce than what you would pay buying a case of that food at Costco or other warehouse type place and there are no membership fees. However they do not take credit cards.
Over the last several months Winco has been opening up grocery stores around Utah and now it is finally our turn to get a Winco close to us. On Monday, Winco will be opening their doors to the public! The Daily Herald will be advertising Winco’s grand opening deals in this Sunday’s paper.
Utah already has a very competitive grocery market so it will be exciting to see how the other grocery stores respond to Winco with regards to prices and sales. Some people spend a lot of time and money investing in commercial real estate like Outer banks foreclosures. Finding great deals at the grocery store is like a part time job for me and the time I invest to get several hundred dollars worth of groceries for $150 a month is well worth it for me.
Winco takes manufacturer coupons so I’ll have to see how good their coupon match ups are to see how often I plan to shop there. I will definitely be going there to buy my most of my spices and baking essentials.

We love WinCo too
We don’t go as much as I want since it’s 15 mins away and WalMart is only 3 minutes away lol.
