Menu Planning Monday

Monday – Stir-fry and salad

Tuesday – Soup with whole wheat bread

Wednesday – Tacos with ground chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, lettuce, cheese and sour cream.

Thursday – Spaghetti and salad

Friday – Mushroom and spinach quiche with potatoes and peas on the side.

Saturday – Casserole and salad.

Sunday – Chili and cornbread.
