Exercise Feels Good During Pregnancy

Last week was so busy that I unintentionally took a break from exercising. I got back into the habit yesterday and today and I have realized once again how wonderful exercise is for pregnancy. I have less back pain and more energy on those days that I exercise. I know the exercising will also help out with labour. This makes me so grateful that I do not need to be on bed rest.

Even though I am not loosing weight I do feel better about my body image when I do exercise. I have gained 25 lbs so far and at 32 weeks that is perfectly normal so I am not worried about my weight at all. Nursing does help me to loose weight quickly after birth, well, at least it did the first two times. I know this is not true for every woman as some have a hard time loosing weight until the child weans. It can be hard for some women to come to terms with body changes that pregnancy causes but Websites like http://www.weightlosspills.net are not for us pregnant and nursing moms. We should feel gratitude for the opportunity we have to allow our bodies to nurture and nourish our children before and after they are born.

I hope all moms have wonderful husbands like mine who find pregnancy attractive and who I know will love me no matter how my body looks.
