Menu Planning Monday

We get two free dinners this week! Yay for free meals and less planning!

Monday- Main: Spinach and Mushroom quiche. Side: Boiled potatoes.

Tuesday – Main: Chili. Side: Whole Wheat Bread

Wednesday – We are going to a global warming seminar that JJ got an invitation to. I am excited because we will get a nice catered meal but I’ll have to force myself to pay attention because I know JJ is going to be talking about it a lot and asking for my opinion. At least it will be better than sitting through a presentation on colon cleansing weight loss.

Thursday –  We are going to a family church party where we will have soups and desserts.

Friday- Main: Spaghetti with home made sauce. Side: Salad.

Saturday – Home made pizza with salad.

Sunday – Cassarole (not sure what kind yet), Mesquite chicken and mashed potatoes.
