My Princess Is 4!

Four years ago today at 5 am our little princess was born. At 6 lbs 5 oz she looked so tiny and perfect.
At 4 years old she is still small. I put her on the bathroom scale today and she weighs 30.4 lbs (Rebekah is 28.8 lbs).
Sariah started her day out by waking up at about 10:15 am. I was worried that she was sick but no, she’s perfectly fine – just wanted to sleep in. Bekah and I sang happy birthday to her this morning, my twin sister called to talk to her and so did my mom and youngest sister. She is loving the attention and is excited about her party next week.
When JJ comes home tonight we are planning to take her to a store and let her pick a present out. We will of course have a few items for her to choose from. We don’t want her picking something over our price limit or something weird like colon cleanse products.
It is so fun to see how much she has learned over the past year. She is printing letters and even wrote ‘mommy’ on a piece of paper by herself a few days ago. She has also taught Rebekah how to print some letters. I got a book on teaching your child how to read. It has 100 lessons and we will start next week. If she is ready for the lessons and enjoying them we will probably do 3 a week. We will see how it goes!

Awwww .. look how grown up she is! I hope she had a great birthday and will have a fun party.
