Today it is my husband’s birthday. I told Sariah and Bekah yesterday that tomorrow it is Daddy’s birthday and I asked what we should do for him. Sariah said “sing happy birthday” and Bekah said “make a cookie cake”.
This morning Sariah said happy birthday to Daddy without me even mentioning that it was his birthday today so that was very cute! Bekah has been asking all day when we’re going to make a cake, but that will be on Friday. Today JJ might be working late and after work he is doing some stuff for his church calling (he’s in the Elder’s Quorum Presidency). Tomorrow he’s working really late and Thursday is the church Christmas Party so the Birthday celebration is on Friday.
I ordered his birthday gift online and I’m hoping it arrives by Friday, I don’t know how much longer I can keep it a secret for! On Black Friday he was hoping to get a laptop that he said would be his birthday, anniversary, Christmas gift but he wasn’t able to get one of the door buster deals. I’m sure he’ll like my gift though and soon enough will find out what it is!
