PhotobucketMy brother came back home from his two year LDS Mission to Guayaquil, Ecuador last Saturday! He was supposed to come home at the end of this month but one of the missionaries became sick and needed to go back home with someone and since my brother was the only North American missionary close to the end of his mission he was sent home with the sick missionary. I talked to him for about 5 minutes on Sunday, he seemed very tired and he also has had some kind of illness for a couple months. He went to the doctor for blood tests and an exam so hopefully he can get the treatment he needs to get better quickly.

While on the phone with my brother Rebekah was talking to me and he was like “oh that must be Sariah talking”. When I replied with no it’s Rebekah he was like “but she’s too young to talk!” When he left Rebekah wasn’t even 4 months old so he probably doesn’t realize just how big she is.

I forgot to ask him how he liked the renovations my parents did their home. I am really looking forward to seeing it next month when I go up. I like seeing renovations people make to their homes! I’ll probably have to re-learn where everything is.

We installed a new kitchen sink, counter top and cabinets this year but everything is still in the same spot the only thing we had to get used to was having more cabinet and drawer space.

More important than seeing the renovations I am so excited to see my family again!
