Princesses Everyday

For almost a year my 3 year old has loved pink and dresses. Now my 2 year old is the same way. Just a month ago we couldn’t put a dress on Rebekah without her crying but now she cries to wear her frilly pink dress. Bekah likes lots of colours so at least everything doesn’t need to be pink.

This Halloween they planned to wear their Halloween costumes that used to be my little sister’s – a unicorn and an elephant.

However on Tuesday they would not wear them to the Library, they wanted to wear their dresses. The same with the Joy preschool we do with some friends. So we got them Tiaras or “princess crowns” as they call them and they were princesses for the church Halloween party last night!

I wonder what they will be like as teenagers? Wanting acne treatments at the first sign of a pimple?

I’m fine with them wanting to wear makeup or get their ears pierced in their early teens but there is no way I am buying overpriced clothes for them!
