Disappearing Toilet Paper

I am very happy to have both my girls potty trained but some days I think it would be easier to change diapers than have them use up a whole roll of toilet paper in one day.

JJ came up with this idea to just rip off little squares for them and keep the roll up high but I keep forgetting and set the roll down low again. I remember about JJ’s idea when I notice a trail of toilet paper going from the bathroom linoleum floor to the kitchen ceramic floor tiles to the carpet in my bedroom.

At least the trail of toilet paper is better than them flushing all the paper down the toilet causing it to clog.

Has any toilet paper conservation methods worked for your kids?
