I Bought A Netti Pot

After learning about my allergies recently I decided that I really did not want to continue taking allergy medicine especially during pregnancies of future children. I have always tried to stay away from medication and have a natural approach to my health. I would never take weight loss pills and I use FAM instead of risk the side effects of birth control.
My husband also prefers a natural approach to health issues and suggested I try the Netti Pot. I agreed that it could clear my sinuses but what about the itching, he replied that cleaning the sinuses could do more than clear my nasal cavity.
On Monday while at Walgreens I bought a Netti Pot. It was on sale for $9 and I recieved a $3 register reward! That evening JJ and I both tried it out. It took me a few tries to make my self breath through my mouth instead of my nose and I did feel like I was under water but after using the Netti Pot for several days I feel better than I have in a long time. My ears don’t feel like they are clogged with fluid anymore, I have less mucous in my throat and my eyes and skin don’t itch anymore.
It’s great – you have to try it!

I’ve never had any allergy problems until this year and have been using saline nose spray lately. I have thinking of trying one of these and your post sounds like one could help me out. How many minutes do you have to spend each day using it?

I just use it once a day and it takes about 5 minutes.

I have to try this, I always feel like my ears are clogged with fluid. Does it make you feel like you are drowning? That would be scary, but I have to look into it .. I have never seen it before.
