Last week I blogged a review of the Pur Water Pitcher I recieved and now I have the opportunity to give away a PUR water pitcher to two of my readers. To enter to win just leave a comment letting me know why you would like a PUR water filter (less bottle water waste, cleaner water etc…)

Biggest reason is that we go through a lot of water at our home. This would be easier than our current routine of running through the faucet filter all of the time. Pour into this and be done with it.

In the chicago area of late there has been a story of a town that has had water filter problems. While I do not live in that town, I am concerned for my family. I have a sister who did have cancer and anything to protect our health and future is great and I think that a Pur would be heading on the right track.

My little kiddo chubba would love this Pur Pitcher, he is 4 and recently asked me…”Aunt Rene why does this water taste like you took it out of a swimming pool”. It honestly somedays tastes and smells like chlorine.. he is right.

Currently I live in the Everglades in Florida. The water out here, as it is, is considered, “potable” but it comes out yellow, smells horrible and it really needs to go through a filter.
I would LOVE to have this PUR water filter pitcher because right now I have to buy water in water bottles. I buy them by the gallon jugs to save money but between me and my pets, I go through 8 gallons of drinking water a week. Think of how many plastic jugs I throw away every month. !!! Cost isn’t too much for the water, it’s the cost of the water and of having to keep running back to the store to get more as I only have so much room in this place to store gallons of water.
This would save me time, money in gas, keep all those jugs out of the trash and would be cool to actually use the water from “the tap” to cook spaghetti and corn on the cob and potatoes….the list goes on, instead of having to use water from gallon jugs.

I have been wanting one of these but it just hasn’t been in the budget:) I want one because I know myself and my kids would drink much more water if we had one! Our tap water isn’t the best and it doesn’t taste good and I worry about what’s in it. We don’t always have water bottles, or bottled water, on hand. This would help my family drink more water, thus being healthier, and it also helps the environment!!

I’d like this because I think the water would taste better and I know I’d drink it more because I’d feel as if it’s cleaner.

This would be a great way to encourage us to drink more water and be less wasteful by not buying disposable bottles! Thanks!

I would love to win, because I will save money on buying water bottles and my family would have the chance of drinking water that has been filtered.

I have been seriously wanting a water filter to remove contaminants such as mercury, lead, etc and just found out pharmaceuticals, too! Now I know to buy Pur instead of Brita if I don’t win.

My boyfriend is constantly talking about how he needs to get one of these for our apartment. This would save him the trip to the store AND money! They’re great!

I would love a PUR water pitcher, so there is always fresh water to drink, less bottles to recycle and no water bottles to lug into the Condo after shopping.

We have town water and it is just terrible. I used to lug water from a natural spring not to far from where we live but they clear cut the property and ruined the natural spring. What a shame~! Since then I have had to by bottled water. We have a plant here in town that contaminates the air and water not to mention the GROSS pollution plant is just down the road. I have noticed a high rate of cancer in this town in young people as well especially kidney cancer and I am convinced something is in the water. I would love to have a PUR water pitcher to filter the water to be able to make our water safe to drink. Thanks for sharing this review and giveaway.
