Online Master Of Science In Nursing Program

When many people think of Online education they don’t think of prestige. I used to think this way until recently as I have met several people who completed a BA program or Masters program online and they have been offered very good jobs soon after graduation.
One program in particular that surprised me was the online MS nursing program at Saint Xavier University. It is one of only 15 schools in the US to be listed a Center Of Excellence for the National League Of Nursing.
Now I could never be a nurse, I don’t like clinical settings and I even have to close my eyes when I see a nurse giving someone a needle on TV!
However this is a program I would recommend to friends who have a bachelors degree in nursing (a requirement for the program) and are looking to further their education. The flexibility of online courses would still allow them to persue the masters program while continuing to work.
The average salary for a nurse in the United States with a bachelors is $45,500 and with a masters that salary jumps to $60,000. An extra two years of school can make that much of a difference. Now I need to find out much BioChemist majors earn a year
