Fathom Studios, an independant production company is wanting bloggers to share with their readers what they think about their first ever independant movie that will be premiering in theaters on December 12th. I thought it would be fun to share my opinion so I went over to Delgo.com and watched the trailer.
The animated movie follows a typical story of two different cultures fighting while the main character is in love with a princess from the opposing side and works to bring both sides together. Unique – no but these kind of stories can never be told enough. There are no cute furry characters in the movie so my kids wouldn’t watch it but it is something JJ and I would enjoy, especially JJ. It appears to have a good mix of comedy, romance and violence – the perfect date movie for a guy! I wouldn’t spend money on tickets to a theater but I would definitely use a Redbox promo code to watch it when it comes to DVD :)
The last movie I saw in a theater was Hairspray just a couple weeks before Rebekah was born, the time before that was Chronicles of Narnia a couple weeks before Sariah was born. Since we are not planning on another baby right away it may be awhile before I go to a movie theater again
