George Foreman G.broil Grill Review

I recently recieved a G.broil to review from the George Foreman company. The first thing JJ and I did when we opened the box up was discuss the differences between the G.broil and the older model George Foreman that we received as a wedding gift. Some differences are:

  • It has an on/off switch. The original grill would turn on as soon as you plugged it in.
  • A float and lock hinge. Great for melting cheese on your burgers!
  • A temperature indicator light so you know when the temperature is right to start grilling.
  • Bigger than the other one we have so better for family cooking!

A great thing about the float hinge is that you can make grilled sandwiches without your sandwich getting squished. JJ and I love this feature, it is so fun to be creative with making up new sandwiches. We made a commercial to inspire you to create your own Foreman sandwich. You gotta love JJ’s acting :)

I made a tomato, cheese and onion sandwich which was so good! I put basil in the egg mixture. What would you put on your Foreman sandwich?

George Foreman is well known for his products that promote healthy living. One product that I would love to try that can help us cook healthier is Lean Mean Fryer. JJ and I like to make our own french fries and it would be so nice to fry the potatoes without having excess oil dripping off.  This product spins up to 55% of the fat out of your food after frying it.

Another new product is the 360 grill. It is Foreman’s most versatile product yet. In addition to everything you can make with a regular Foreman grill you can also make pizza, quesadillas, omelets and pancakes with it.

Healthy cooking is not the only reason I love using a Foreman. Infact when grilling chicken I use the drippings to add to my soup stock for when cook soup. I also love using the Foreman for its ‘green’ factor. Using small appliances uses far less energy than cooking with the stove or oven.

Bravo!! You guys always do a great job! You need to get a microphone so that we can hear your voices clearer. But you solved that problem with the subtitles! Two thumbs up!

Hey, you should have JJ do a REdbox movie review on video!
