My 14 Month Old Went Potty!

I just need to brag for a bit. Last night my almost 15 month old came up to me and said “potty” while trying to take her diaper off (which would be impossible as she was wearing a cloth diaper that was held together with pins). I figured a little diaper free time wouldn’t hurt so I took her diaper off and she ran into the bathroom, sat on the potty and actually peed!!!!

Sariah was so upset to see Bekah sitting on her potty even though she usually uses the big potty now.

Bekah also went potty again this morning. Pretty Amazing, eh? Now I am not expecting her to be out of diapers anytime soon. Sariah went potty occasionally starting at 18 months but never started getting consistent at all until after she turned two and still wears a diaper for naps and bedtime. But Bekah was just so proud of herself going potty so a couple potty times a day will be good for her. I gave her a chocolate chip for going potty which she just loved.

When I first started reading I thought you meant Sariah, but knew that couldn’t be right because Saraih is older. sigh. I’m crazy.

That’s awesome for Rebekah! Soon she’ll say goodbye to diapers!

That’s impressive! And I think it’s cute that they “compete” for the potty, even though they use different ones. lol
