Feeling Hopeful

I am feeling confident now that we will be able to buy this home. The people we are working with are saying not to worry that with our excellent credit scores we will be approved. It is possible that we may have to put in a bit more than 3% down.
I really like how well our current mortgage broker is working with us. With the other two lenders I felt like we were just on the backburner and they really did not seem to care if we got this home or not.
My Dad also called last night to remind us that he can lend us money. I would really rather not borrow money from anyone but since we cannot afford the rent on any of the apartments available it is nice to know that we can borrow some money from my parents.
