Saturday evening was my first dry walling experience. My husband took this picture as proof of me doing hard labour. I reminded him that I have been through hard labour twice.

Dry walling is not as hard as giving birth but it is quite a work out. I was working up a sweat just a few minutes after starting which you could probably tell by looking at this picture. At least it is good exercise – you can probably loose more weight dry walling for a couple hours a day than taking weight loss pills.

We are going back today to work some more on the master bedroom. Friends of ours are going to baby sit for us so we should be able to do more this time rather than last time where we had to work on keeping the kids safe and happy as well.

JJ says that after we finish this bedroom I can do the kids rooms. I think it would be a lot of fun if I was able to get some other stay at home moms to help. I can teach a dry walling class to them!

The only dry walling I’ve ever done was just my room because I wanted to do color mixing experiment. But, I never imagine doing it to the whole house. I always ask my husband do it.

I admire you! The closest I ever came to dry walling was filling nail holes with plaster.
