Over the last 3.5 years my husband and I have moved 7 times and each time we have gotten rid of a bunch of junk. Which is good because I really don’t like clutter.

While looking for Sariah and Rebekah’s baby books a few days ago I ran into a box of old textbooks from as long as 4 years ago. I guess we have been holding onto them with hopes of selling. We have sold most of our textbooks online but I think if we haven’t sold these textbooks by now, it is time to take them to the thrift store. Except for my husbands biology and chemistry textbooks which he wants to hang onto for graduate school.

What have you held onto that you now want to get rid of?

Horaayy..there are 3 comment(s) for me so far ;)

We have a ton of textbooks that I’d love to get rid of but can’t get Hubby to let go of, he “might need them some day”. Right.

Hmmm…come to think of it….there IS alot of stuff that I SHOULD SELL off, but I’m still hanging on, like books that I grow up with, my Little Twin Stairs collection….etc…

I guess I’m in for trouble ya?

Well…I hold on to a lot of books. I’m not sure if I want to part with them yet though. My goal is to read them, and then as I finish each one, make a decision on whether or not I want to keep them.

But I’d say I’m really ready to get rid of clothing. Sometimes, when I am just sitting around at home, I think of just dumping my entire clothing collection out. That’s not necessary, but it’s the feeling I get. I just feel like I have too much…Now, every weekend, I tackle one drawer or one area of the closet to go through and purge.
