On Monday we left our kids with a babysitter and set out on our adventure of our first day of house hunting with our realtor and we saw a couple that we liked. One was a condo and with the additional HOA fees it would be about $200 more a month than our limit but they had a great fitness center with a play area so you could work out and watch your kids at the same time. We also saw a house that we liked but it needed a lot of work done. I liked how the realtor had all the info and pictures of the homes we saw printed out and we wrote little notes on the pages. I never had a pen so we had to keep trading the realtors pen back and forth.

Today was our second day of house hunting and we brought the kids with us this time so I made sure to put a couple bic pens in the diaper bag. We actually found a house that we really liked. There is a little work to be done but the paint job and roof are fairly new, the rooms and bathrooms are fairly big. Sariah already had her room picked out but she may be disappointed to learn that the carebears and doll house wont come with the house. We put an offer on the house, we don’t want to loose our opportunity on house we like since there are so many other married BYU students looking to buy homes right now in our price range.

Wish us luck on our offer being accepted!!!
