I didn't actually watch most of Idol gives back or the results show so I never knew they were two different performances. Thats a good point though, why take something good out that would offend someone but throw in something bad that would also offend others. However, I really liked that "Shout to the Lord" song! Yes it does mean Jesus but the thing that annoys me is that they take Jesus out to not offend people and then have Ben stiller throwing out the F word. It was a really nice song! I have noticed more "religion" on the show.
