When I was a preschool teacher one of the physical activities that even the most unactive children enjoyed was when we took out the mini trampoline. These trampolines are a great way to allow your child to exercise and have fun and can be used inside so your child can burn off energy if it is too cold outside, raining or snowing and not drive you crazy with their built up energy!
Of course if you have more than one child and only one mini trampoline you will have another problem on your hands if there is a problem with sharing. One ’sharing’ technique that seemed that seemed to work the best for me was I would ask the child how many more jumps he wanted before it was the next childs turn with him being 3, 20 was a really big number so after we counted to 20 he jumped off the trampoline and the next child jumped on.

Please do not use Keywords for your name.Trampoline is great for kids, that’s provided the safety mats are around it. Instead of jumping up and down (which they do it like every other minute) on the hard floor, which hurts the ankle and knee, trampoline absorbs the hitting pressure.
Great exercise for kids!
