Videos For Support Help

It is often so much easier to follow directions by learning from a video than reading a lengthily description of how to accomplish your desired task.

The internet is now full of video support help from craft and cooking tutorials to car and home maintenance projects. Earlier this month Blackbox.com posted online video tutorials as part of their customer support navigation to help answer customers tech questions such as which cat5e channel solution to choose. I wont be surprised if more websites begin adding streaming videos to the customer support pages.
