If you didn’t watch Oprah today it was about amazing weight-loss stories. I love hearing about these kind of success stories especially about people who work hard at loosing weight and not just undergoing surgery or taking diet pills.
Oprah’s last weight-loss challenge involved 6 people. Well, at the end of the show she announce that her next challenge will involve 1 million people!!! If you want to take the challenge just go to her website.

I also love inspirational shows like todays. I have struggled with weight since I was a child. I have made great progress. Something in you just has to click! Keep on enjoying Oprah!
