How Do You Stop Spam Before Everyone Sees It?

I recently started a forum for another blog and every day I am deleting spam on it. Marie gave me the idea of seeing if there was a way to have their first couple of posts moderated before it shows up on the forum (like what I do for my blogs) but I still haven’t figured out if I can do this. The worst part is that they are all promoting porn, I would rather see all the phentermine and hydroxycut spam I get on this blog.
