n19.JPGOccasionally I have problems with sensitive teeth it is frustrating because sometimes it is hard to enjoy certain foods such as ice cream because it causes tooth pain. My dentist gave me a sample of sensodyne, it worked well but it is hard to continually use the sensodyne toothpaste because it tastes so gross!

I was recently given a sample of Biotene sensitive toothpaste to try. It stopped the sensitivity very effectively and it also tastes great. A good tasting toothpaste would have made it a lot easier in the past to use.

There are various causes for tooth sensitivity and since there is no one way to treat sensitive teeth that will work for everyone, Biotene was created with a multi-protection formula that treats various causes of sensitive teeth such as giving the user protection against dry mouth, promoting healing of bleeding and inflamed gums, fighting gingivitis and harmful odor causing bacteria. So unlike its competition, Biotene does not just block the pain it treats the cause of sensitive teeth. In addition to treating the causes of sensitive teen, Biotene also fights cavities and freshens your breath.

Biotene costs about $5.00 for a 3.5 oz tube and can be bought from stores such as walmart, rite-aid, walgreens, CVS, drugstore.com. To find a store in your area or online search here.

Biotene also sells many other products such as antibacterial toothpaste, mouth wash and children’s and infant toothpaste.
