post Category: Holidays post postOctober 31, 2007

It is 6:40, my husband is out trick-or-treating with my older daughter and I am waiting for kids to come. And making the Soup In A Pumpkin I talked about earlier which should be ready for everyone when my husband comes back and our guests come over.

I was thinking about the trick-or-treat phrase I grew up with:

Trick-or-treat.
Smell my feet.
Give me something good to eat.
Not too big.
Not too small.
Just the size of Montreal.

I thought it was so funny when I was younger but now I think it’s kind of rude. :)

What was the phrase you grew up with?

Horaayy..there are 6 comment(s) for me so far ;)

Ours was a little different (I think my brothers came up with it)

Trick-or-treat.
Smell my feet.
Give me something good to eat.
If you don’t
I don’t care
I’ll pull down your underwear.

I had so much fun handing out candy last night! I didn’t think there would be many kids coming to our area but there were quite a few and they were so cute!! What did Sariah dress up as?
