Child Proofing Cabinets

I am looking into child proof my cabinets that don’t have handles. My old place had handles on the cabinets so I used those latches.

I moved all my cleaning supplies to high up cupboards so there is nothing dangerous my daughter can get into but lately she has been hiding in cupboards and I like to know where she is :)

I have a friend who put magnets behind the doors of her TV and stereo cabinet but her daughter is still pretty little. My daughter is able to open those. At the day care I worked at all the things we tried were either too hard for the workers to easily open or too easy for the kids to open.
