I Need A Hobby?

My husband was talking about how excited he was that he got on a soccer team and then he told me that I should find a hobby that I could enjoy like learning to play a musical instrument. I then mentioned that blogging was a hobby. He then replied “oh, yeah…nevermind…keep blogging…your hobby actually makes us money”.
Of course there are other things I enjoy doing like crocheting and sewing. I don’t really do those things as often as I used to but I would like to make a quilt, I have never made one before.

lol I wish my husband had the same appreciation for blogging that your husband does. He lets me, but doesn’t really understand it. At least he doesn’t hold me back, though!

I’m the same way. I have a lot of fabric to be sewn, but haven’t worked on any of those sewing projects for quite some time. I have been thinking of taking a beginning quilting class, mainly to do something different! At least your husband appreciates what you’re doing with your blog, mine just tends to roll his eyes at me when I pick up my laptop.

yeah .. theres so many things I would like to do! I would like to make a family history quilt but with my limited sewing abilities .. I’m not to sure how it would turn out, maybe we could do one together!
