When my dad and brother stopped of at our place on their way home to British Columbia from Arizona a couple months ago they kept giving Sariah their watches to play with. They both have really nice watches so I was afraid she would break them but they didn’t seem to worry about. Now when we have a guy over or we are sitting by someone at church who have a nice brand like ESQ or Luminox watches Sariah starts playing with it and 9 times out of 10 the guy will take his watch of and let her play with it! I guess she has an expensive taste in watches! I think all the watches my husband and I ever owned were under $10.

This morning as I was getting ready to go to a baby shower I remembered that I had left the car seat on the stroller outside so I went outside to put the seat in the car when I noticed that it was snowing! Of course the car seat was wet and I was already late for the shower so I just dumped the snow out and went inside and got a towel to put in the car seat then I put Rebekah on top of the towel.
I knew it was going to start snowing soon but I was still surprised. I hope the roads don’t get slippery tonight because I want to go to General Relief Society Broadcast At church. I guess if they do, I’ll get my husband to drive me

My husband was talking about how excited he was that he got on a soccer team and then he told me that I should find a hobby that I could enjoy like learning to play a musical instrument. I then mentioned that blogging was a hobby. He then replied “oh, yeah…nevermind…keep blogging…your hobby actually makes us money”.
Of course there are other things I enjoy doing like crocheting and sewing. I don’t really do those things as often as I used to but I would like to make a quilt, I have never made one before.

Has this ever happened to you? I think this is the 3rd time it has happened to me.
I took some pictures of the girls with my digital camera and then when I went to put the SD card in my flash drive to put it on the computer I realize that I didn’t have the SD card in my camera. My camera can save some pictures onto the camera without a SD card but I lost my USB cord a long time ago so I can only use my flash drive.

For some reason for the last few months I have had trouble commenting on blogs hosted by blogspot. There have been a few times that I have been able to comment though. I think it is something to do with my computer because I was able to comment with no problem when I was using my sister’s computer when I went to visit my family.
Anyone else had this problem? I wonder what is causing it? I don’t have any viruses or spyware.

My husband is fairly good at helping to keep the house clean and he is good at organizing. There are two things that he always leves lying around. His clothes and his tools. His clothes aren’t a big deal because I always have him clean up the living room while he’s watching TV in the evenings but I am always telling him to put away his tool storage case, he always say he’ll do it in just a minute. Well it is still on the floor. We have a storage shed outside so he does have a place for it. I did get tired a few weeks ago of seeing his hammer lying around everywhere and scared that Sariah could get it and hurt herself or the baby that I put it away somewhere and I can’t remember where I put it.

The first time I went to visit with the doctor I chose as a pediatrician he had a typed up list on his office door of services he offers such as pediatric care, delivering babies, etc… Well someone hand wrote colonoscopy’s to the list. Probably because the list was right beside a colon cleanse article. I guess he doesn’t mind people writing on his list as 5 months later it is still on there.

Our dishwasher hadn’t been working since we moved into this apartment almost 3 months ago. The maitnance guy finally fixed it a few days ago. I am loving how much less time it takes to do the dishes now. I used to have to do dishes 3 or 4 times a day now I can just do it once a day and the kitchen also looks cleaner because there are hardly ever dishes in the sink and on the counters now.
According to my electric company’s saving energy brochure doing dishes once a day in a dishwasher uses less energy than doing dishes 3 times a day by hand. My dishwasher also has a no heat dry option for even more energy savings!

Over the last several years reality tv has become hugely popular. Now it is gaining an online audience with The Next Internet Millionaire. The show features 12 contestants who learn about making money online while competing with eachother for cash and prizes. The show is now airing episode 5 and there are 8 contestants left. I am hoping that Alisande Chan from Port Coquitlam, British Columbia wins because she lives close to my home town.

I now have 15 lbs left to loose before I am at my pre-pregnancy weight. I am not on a diet or anything but I am trying to be more active like taking the girls on walks. Rebekah hates being in the stroller so I end up carrying her in the sling most of the time, I wonder if you burn more calories pushing a stroller and carrying a baby in a sling at the same time?

are two romantic getaways my husband and I would like to go on some day. One is a cruise and the other is to stay at a bed and breakfast.
Iloveinns.com has put together a top 10 list of the most romantic inns of 2007 that can offer some great ideas of where to stay. One of the inns on the list is a Canandaigua, New York Bed and Breakfast. The inn that I have pictured is another one that is on the top 10 list. It is in Stillwater, Minnesota.
