A Treatment For Sinus Problems And Allergies

I was watching Oprah a few weeks when she had one of her Ask Dr. Oz days. Someone said that she had really bad sinus problems and Dr. Oz suggested that she use something called a Neti Pot that you put a saline solution of salt and warm water in and it cleans out your sinuses. It is also supposed to be really good for allergies.

On Monday it was another Dr. Oz day on Oprah and it seems that there are a lot of people that the neti pot is helping. There are several people in both my family and my husbands family that could probably benifit from this Neti Pot. I looked them up online and they seem to range in price from $10 - $25. Not bad if it will work better than nasal sprays and other medications and give people relief from their sinus and allergy problems.
