Back Again

Well I have my blog back up and this time it only took 1&1 5 days instead of 7 (being sarcastic of course).  Today I tried calling a different number – (866) 258-5180 which allowed me to actually talk to someone who spoke english and I even got to talk to the supervisor. He spent too much time making excuses for the length of time it took and how it can’t be their fault. I was just like I don’t care whose fault it is, I just want this fixed today and then I’m moving on to a different webhosting company.

He told me it would be fixed within an hour. Four hours later I called back because it still had not been fixed, I asked to speak with the same person and he fixed it while I was on the phone with him.

I now have no time left on my phone for week day calls because of having to call these 1 and 1 internet people. Hopefully people only call on the weekends until April 6th.

    yeah, doesn’t seem like they really take their buisness seriously or even want to have a good relationship with their customers. To deny any fault for their system failing and then fix it over the phone???
